prioritize! organize!

• i get told this over and over
• everytime im overwhelmed and i just get stuck unable to start
• people tell me to make a list
but i cant make a list
i cant move
im stuck in the same place again
like i always am
rotting
you can tell im rotting
i can tell im rotting
i smell
i haven't cleaned
i haven't showered
i havent brushed my teeth
or my hair
its greasy
its giving me zits
i haven't done anything else either
sometimes i find the energy to do things like that
im pretty good at getting enough food each day
and if i get gross enough I just cant stand it anymore
its embarassing
im even worse at keeping up with my work
i get too scared to start and then i just don't
i dont start and it doesnt get done because im just
i dont know..
overwhelmed?
its barely anything though
i mean there is people that do double this every day
people who aim to excel not just, like, pass
people who work out every day
people who work and go to school and take care of their family
and i can barely stay on top of anything
but its just that they work harder at it
i mean its not like im some uniquely disgusting creature
im pretty lucky all things considered
im decently smart
got a lot of opportunities
its just..
when i write everything i have to do out
it feels like this

so much to do
too much to do
but Ive gotten myself out of these messes before
if i dig a hole i should be able to dig my way out
and i have before
so i know i can do it
i know i can make the things i want to
to be honest
i kind of owe it to myself
they say it gets easier the more you do it
the trick is to do it
do it every day.....
sounds stressful...
but like i just said i owe myself
i don't like the way things are
i dont like feeling like im about to be crushed everything i have to do
i dont like smelling bad...
noone is gonna fix it but me
and i know damn well i can fix it
im gonna fix it
lets dig me out of this hole
